Worldwide Shipping

SHIPPING POLICY

General Information

All Maloli products are handcrafted in our studio in Dnipro, Ukraine. We take great care in packaging our ceramics and tea to ensure they arrive safely at your doorstep.

Processing Times

  • In-stock items: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
  • Made-to-order / Pre-order: If an item is created specifically for you, processing times may vary (usually 4–6 weeks). This will be clearly stated in the product description.

Shipping Methods & Costs

  • International Shipping: We ship worldwide via Ukrposhta (Prime Priority International Shipping). Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of your order and the destination country.

⚠️ Important Note regarding Tea & Matcha:
Due to strict international customs regulations regarding food exports, our Tea and Matcha collection is currently available for delivery within Ukraine only. Global shipping applies to other products without restrictions.

 

  • Domestic Shipping (Ukraine): We ship via Nova Poshta. Shipping fees are paid by the recipient upon delivery according to the carrier’s tariffs.

Delivery Estimates

    • Ukraine: 1–3 business days.
    • Europe: 8–12 business days.
    • USA & Canada: 10–15 business days.
    • Rest of the World: 10–21 business days.

* Please note that these are estimates, and delays may occur due to customs processing or seasonal peak times.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Maloli is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer. We ship under DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) terms.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package via the Ukrposhta website or your local national carrier (e.g., USPS, Royal Mail) or tracking services (we recommend Postal Ninja).

Potential Delays & Force Majeure

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal services, strikes, or force majeure events (including air raid alerts that may affect post office operating hours in Ukraine).

Wrong Address & Unclaimed Packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or because it was unclaimed, the buyer is responsible for the re-shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable in these cases.

Доставка по Україні

Ми здійснюємо доставку по всій території України (крім тимчасово окупованих територій) службою Нова Пошта.

  • Терміни відправки: Товари в наявності відправляються протягом 1–2 робочих днів (зазвичай в день покупки).
  • Вироби на замовлення: Термін виготовлення обговорюється індивідуально (зазвичай 3–6 тижнів в залежності від складності виробу).
  • Вартість доставки: Оплачується покупцем при отриманні за тарифами перевізника.
  • Способи отримання: У відділення, поштомат або кур’єром за вказаною адресою.

Міжнародна доставка

Ми відправляємо наші вироби по всьому світу через оператора Укрпошта. Вартість розраховується автоматично при оформленні замовлення залежно від ваги та країни призначення.

Способи оплати

  1. Онлайн-оплата картою (Visa/Mastercard): Через захищену платіжну систему Monobank (Apple Pay / Google Pay).
  2. Оплата на розрахунковий рахунок ФОП: За реквізитами (IBAN). Зверніть увагу: при оплаті замовлення валютною карткою конвертація відбувається за курсом вашого банку.
