1. General Conditions
This website is operated by FOP Malyi O.P. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Maloli. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Accuracy of Handmade Products
Please understand that all Maloli products are handcrafted. Each piece is unique. Variations in shape, size, and glaze color are inherent to the process of handmade ceramics. These variations are not considered defects but rather signs of authenticity.
3. Intellectual Property
The Maloli name, the “M in a rhombus” hallmark, all designs, logos, and website content (photos, text) are the intellectual property of FOP Malyi O.P. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission from us.
4. Pricing and Payments
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. All payments are processed in UAH. International prices shown in other currencies are estimates based on current exchange rates and may vary slightly depending on your bank’s fees.
5. Limitation of Liability
Maloli shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products.
6. Force Majeure & War Disclaimer
Maloli is based in Ukraine. While we strive to maintain a normal business schedule, we are not liable for any delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond our control, including but not limited to: war, military actions, power outages, or postal infrastructure disruptions. We will always communicate any such delays to you as soon as possible.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.

Цей Договір є офіційною та публічною пропозицією ФОП Малий О.П. (надалі — Продавець) для будь-якої фізичної або юридичної особи (надалі — Покупець) укласти договір купівлі-продажу товарів дистанційним способом через сайт maloli.co.
1. Предмет договору
Продавець зобов’язується передати у власність Покупця товар (керамічні вироби, чай, аксесуари), а Покупець зобов’язується оплатити і прийняти товар на умовах цього Договору.
2. Особливості ручної роботи
Покупець усвідомлює, що керамічні вироби Maloli є результатом ручної праці. Допускаються незначні відхилення у формі, розмірі та відтінках глазурі, що не є дефектом або ознакою неналежної якості.
3. Авторське право
Всі матеріали на сайті, включаючи торгову марку Maloli, лого, клеймо «М» у ромбі, фотографії та тексти, є інтелектуальною власністю ФОП Малий О.П. Будь-яке копіювання без згоди власника заборонено.
4. Форс-мажор
Сторони звільняються від відповідальності за невиконання зобов’язань у разі виникнення обставин непереборної сили (військові дії, обстріли, перебої в енергопостачанні, стихійні лиха), що безпосередньо впливають на виконання Договору.
