This tea is a tribute to the centuries-old history of the Tea Horse Road. Created under the “Bao Yan” brand, which the Xiaguan factory historically used for supplying tea to Tibetan monasteries, it embodies the purity and power of the Himalayan foothills. The raw material for this recipe is harvested on Da Xue Shan (“Big Snow Mountain”), one of Yunnan’s famed tea regions.

The “Shang Pin Jin Si” (“Premium Golden Threads”) blend is distinguished by its high content of tea buds, which impart a pronounced sweetness and creamy texture to the taste. The signature Xiaguan compression in a “mushroom” shape (a modified tuocha) not only references caravan traditions but also provides ideal conditions for the tea’s even aging.
